To support families who prefer to spread payments over time, financing options are available in two ways.
Finance directly through our office using our 3-month payment plan.
Finance longer using our trusted third-party provider.
Two Ways to Move Forward

In-Office Payment Plan
- Offered directly through Healing Roots Pediatrics, not a third party
- This is not financing or a loan
- There is no credit check involved
- Total investment divided into 3 payments
Third Party Financing
- Offered through a third-party installment loan provider
- This is not a credit card
- Not managed by our office
- Monthly payments of your choosing, on your terms
Option One
In-Office Payment Plan
This option allows enrolled families to divide the total program investment into 3 payments rather than paying the full amount at once.
At Enrollment
Your first payment is due when you enroll, securing your spot in the program.
One Month Later
Your second payment follows one month after your first payment.
Two Months Later
Your final payment completes your plan one month after the second.
How You Can Pay
- Pay by credit or debit card, with payments 2 and 3 drafted automatically
- Your 3-payment schedule is the same whichever method you choose
Important Fee Details
A small office fee is added to each of the 3 payments to support this option.
Want to pay less in fees? You’re welcome to pay your balance sooner, in fewer payments, to reduce these fees. Just let us know and we’ll set it up.
Your exact payment amounts and dates are reviewed with you personally by our team, so you always know exactly what to expect before committing to anything.
By enrolling in this payment plan, you acknowledge that all payments are final. Healing Roots Pediatrics does not issue refunds, credits, or extensions. The program and included appointments must be completed within the allotted program timeframe.
Option Two
Third Party Financing
This option allows approved families to divide the total cost into monthly payments of their choosing, giving you more time and payments on your terms.

Pre-qualification is simply a way to explore whether this option may be a fit, with no obligation.
What It Does Not Do
- Does not create a loan
- Does not obligate you to move forward
- Does not replace speaking with our team

What to Expect
- Takes about 10-15 seconds
- No income verification
- Based on your credit score only
- Uses a soft credit check that does not impact your credit score
- Approval amounts may be available up to $15,000
What Monthly Payments May Look Like
We know it can be difficult to consider next steps without having a general sense of what financing may look like.
While exact terms depend on individual approval and interest rate, the example shown is provided by our financing partner to help families plan ahead.
Credit Score Requirements
- The minimum credit score required is approximately 640
- Families with credit scores below this threshold are unlikely to be approved
- Pre-qualification uses a soft credit check, which does not impact your credit score
